These terms govern your use of this website and any purchase you make from it. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to them. NOLL is a trading name of Colepoint Capital LLC, a Florida limited liability company ("NOLL", "we", "us").

1. Buying from us

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send you a confirmation email. If we can't fulfil an order — because an item is unavailable, a price was listed incorrectly, or we suspect fraud — we may cancel it and refund you in full.

Prices are in US dollars and may change without notice. Prices shown exclude any sales tax, which is calculated at checkout where applicable.

2. Product descriptions and imagery

We describe our products as accurately as we can. Colours can vary between screens, and photography may not perfectly represent the item in person. Product measurements are approximate.

3. What NOLL is, and what it isn't

NOLL sells headwear. Our caps are clothing accessories. They are not medical devices, they are not treatments, and nothing we sell is intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any condition, including hair loss.

Any information on this site about hair, friction or scalp contact is general information, not medical advice. Hair loss has many causes and no hat prevents or reverses it. If you have concerns about your hair or scalp, speak to a doctor or dermatologist.

4. Shipping, returns and refunds

Our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy form part of these terms. Risk of loss passes to you when the carrier delivers the parcel.

5. Your account and conduct

If you create an account, you're responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity under your account. You agree not to use the site unlawfully, to interfere with its operation, or to attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of it.

6. Intellectual property

The NOLL name, logo, site design, text, photography and other content are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by law. You may not copy, reproduce or use them commercially without our written permission.

7. User content

If you send us reviews, photographs, comments or suggestions, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use, reproduce and display that content in connection with our business. You confirm the content is yours to give and doesn't infringe anyone's rights.

8. Third-party links

The site may link to third-party sites we don't control. We're not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.

9. Disclaimers

The site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We don't warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, secure or error-free.

Nothing in these terms limits any warranty or right you have that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, NOLL will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue, arising from your use of the site or any product bought through it. Our total liability for any claim relating to an order will not exceed the amount you paid for that order.

11. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify NOLL against any claim arising from your breach of these terms or your misuse of the site.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Broward County, Florida, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version published on this page at the time you place an order is the version that applies to that order.
