This policy explains what personal information NOLL collects, why we collect it, and what you can do about it. NOLL is a trading name of Colepoint Capital LLC, a Florida limited liability company.
What we collect
When you place an order: your name, email address, shipping and billing address, phone number if you give one, and details of what you bought. Payment card details are entered directly with our payment processor — we never see or store your full card number.
When you browse: device and browser information, IP address, pages viewed, and how you arrived at the site. This is collected through cookies and similar technologies.
When you contact us or subscribe: your email address and whatever you choose to tell us.
Why we use it
- To take payment, fulfil your order and deliver it to you
- To send order confirmations, shipping updates and respond to support requests
- To send marketing emails, if you've opted in — you can unsubscribe from any of them
- To screen orders for fraud and to meet our legal and tax obligations
- To understand how the site is used and improve it, including measuring advertising
Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the companies that make the shop work:
- Shopify — hosts our store and processes orders. See Shopify's privacy policy at shopify.com/legal/privacy.
- Payment processors — to take payment securely.
- Shipping carriers and fulfilment partners — to deliver your order.
- Email and analytics providers — to send email you asked for and to measure site performance.
- Advertising platforms such as Meta and Google — to measure and improve our advertising. Depending on your settings and jurisdiction, this may be considered "sharing" for targeted advertising.
We may also disclose information where we are legally required to, or to protect our rights.
Cookies and tracking
We use cookies to keep your cart working, remember preferences, measure traffic, and measure the performance of our advertising. You can control cookies through your browser settings. Blocking some cookies may stop parts of the site working, including checkout.
We honour Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals where we're required to.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
- Know what personal information we hold about you and get a copy
- Ask us to correct information that's wrong
- Ask us to delete your information
- Opt out of the sale or sharing of your information for targeted advertising
- Not be discriminated against for exercising these rights
Residents of California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia and other states with privacy legislation have these rights under state law. To exercise any of them, email help@shopnoll.com and we'll respond within the time the law requires. We may need to verify your identity first.
How long we keep it
We keep order records for as long as we need them to run the business and meet tax and accounting obligations, typically seven years. Marketing contacts are kept until you unsubscribe.
Children
This site is not directed at children under 16 and we do not knowingly collect their information. If you believe a child has given us personal information, email us and we'll delete it.
Security
We use industry-standard measures, including encrypted connections, to protect your information. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, and we can't guarantee absolute security.
Changes
If we change this policy we'll update the date at the top. Material changes will be flagged on this page.
